We host two Open Days each year in January: one in-person at our Birmingham office and one virtual, giving attendees flexibility in how they participate.

Apprenticeships
We offer two Level 3 apprenticeship programmes in Business Administration and Paralegal, providing an alternative route into a professional career while gaining practical experience and a recognised qualification.
From day one, apprentices get involved in real work, developing their skills, confidence and professional knowledge while earning alongside their studies.
Throughout the programme, apprentices receive support from their line manager, colleagues and training provider, with dedicated study time built into the working week. They also become part of our wider Early Talent community, with opportunities to connect and develop alongside colleagues at a similar stage in their careers.
Our Business Administration apprenticeship is ideal for those interested in a career within professional services or business support, while our Paralegal apprenticeship combines legal learning with hands-on experience within a law firm.
Apprenticeships can also provide a pathway to further qualifications and longer-term career opportunities with us.

Work experience
Our work experience programme offers students a valuable introduction to Anthony Collins and the legal profession.
A combination of practical insight, interactive sessions and opportunities to meet colleagues from across the firm, participants gain a better understanding of the skills, pathways and experiences that can lead to a successful career in law.
Whether you’re exploring future career options or considering a Training Contract or Apprenticeship, our work experience programme is a great place to start.
We currently offer a four-day work experience programme, giving participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in life at Anthony Collins and gain meaningful exposure to the legal profession.
We typically recruit for our work experience programme from March onwards, with placements taking place in both September and January.
This allows students to choose the programme that best fits around their studies and other commitments while gaining valuable insight into our people, culture and the wide range of career opportunities available across the firm.
