STAIRs half-day training sessions (3 hours with break)

After the operational guidance is published, these will be half-day interactive, online training sessions available for individual bookings that will cover:

• Good practice in setting up a STAIRs operational regime
• Embedding STAIRs good practice from the start
• Factors to consider when determining whether information is within the Publication Scheme
• Differentiating between complaints, STAIRs requests and DSARs
• Worked examples of responses to STAIRs requests
• Current key areas of risk and uncertainty

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 20 attendees per session to enable participation, discussion and learning. This session is suitable for all STAIRs leads, directors of corporate services, heads of risk and relevant STAIRs team members.
