Associate in the Projects team

Sike is an associate in the projects team specialising in construction and procurement dispute resolution, with particular expertise acting for local authorities and clients in the housing and health and social care sectors.
In the construction space, she regularly advises local authorities and housing providers on a wide range of building safety issues, including legal proceedings, settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution such as adjudication. Her experience spans contractor insolvency, defective works, final account and payment disputes, and fire safety compliance.
In the procurement space, she supports health and social care providers and local authorities in both defending and bringing challenges to procurement decisions, advising on disputes under the Provider Selection Regime and the Procurement Act and helping clients navigate their options and next steps.
Having trained at AC, Sike brings a sector-informed approach to her work, combining legal insight with a deep understanding of client priorities. Her dual expertise enables her to deliver pragmatic, end-to-end dispute resolution advice — guiding clients from early risk management through to resolution and helping them secure practical outcomes aligned with their long-term goals.
