Lorna Scully

Lorna is a legal director in the employment team, based in our Birmingham office. She specialises in providing employment law advice to clients across all sectors, in particular to commercial clients, charities and academies.

Lorna has over 20 years’ experience advising clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.  She supports her clients on a range of matters such as complex grievances and disciplinaries; settlement agreements; trade union disputes; employment status issues; TUPE; and both large and small-scale redundancy and restructuring projects.

Lorna has particular expertise in dealing with complex employment tribunal claims, including claims for religious discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblowing encompassing applications for interim relief.

She is committed to understanding her clients’ strategic aims and provides focused, practical and timely employment advice to help them meet their objectives.
