Katie Duggins

Katie is an experienced property solicitor based in Birmingham, working within Anthony Collins’ dedicated third sector property team. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has advised a wide range of clients, including charities, social businesses, faith organisations, and community groups such as Community Land Trusts.

With over a decade of experience in both residential and commercial property, Katie handles a broad spectrum of transactional matters. Her work includes land acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases (new and renewal), deeds of variation, conditional contracts, and community asset transfers (CATs) from local authorities. She also continues to support development work for Community Land Trusts, helping clients secure sites for affordable housing. Katie also has experience advising sports clubs and organisations on leases and other property-related transactions.

Katie’s legal career began in residential conveyancing, where she developed a strong foundation in managing high-volume caseloads and working with clients from diverse backgrounds. This early experience shaped her responsive, pragmatic, and collaborative approach—qualities her clients value highly.
