Working alongside or in place of an in-house counsel function, Emma drafts terms of business, reviews tender opportunities, and advises on consumer rights, digital transformation, intellectual property, and brand management. She also delivers training, develops practical guides, and designs processes to improve legal understanding and organisational efficiency.
Known for her pragmatic, commercially focused approach, Emma supports clients in navigating the challenges and opportunities of regulated environments. With deep sector knowledge and proactive horizon scanning, she enables providers to prepare for change and reinvest in their services.
