Andrew Dudley

With a career in social housing spanning over four decades, Andrew plays a key role in our property team as an expert in property development and stock transfer for housing associations.

After building a background in site acquisitions and disposals for a major national housebuilder, Andrew’s passion for property led him to a fruitful career supporting housing associations across the country with site acquisitions and other property work and supporting both housing associations and local authorities with stock transfers.

His appointment as Partner in 2021 supported the firm’s strategic ongoing expansion in both its people and its services and has strengthened our service to Registered Providers of social housing.

Well respected by both colleagues and professional bodies alike, Andrew was commended by Chambers and Partners, who described him as “hands on, practical, and readily available – he is committed to providing a first-class service”.
