This session is ideal for organisations looking to embed a common understanding of the requirements of STAIRs, deliver effective wider ownership and adopt recommended good practice together, leaving time for discussion and team buy-in. These interactive sessions can either be online or in person at your offices and will cover:
- How to set up your own STAIRs operational regime
- How to embed STAIRs good practice through your teams
- Determining your own Publication Scheme
- Differentiating between complaints, STAIRs requests and DSARs
- Worked examples of responses to STAIRs requests
- Current key areas of risk and uncertainty
Usually, these sessions are for 5 to 8 colleagues (maximum 10) per session, to include the STAIRs lead and the identified information owners in each business area.
In-person training available upon request.
