One-on-one online, email and telephone support exclusively for STAIRs team members at PRPs from our dedicated STAIRs and information governance team. This support is entirely flexible and will allow officers to take guidance and advice on implementing the publication scheme, categorising information and the application of exemptions. It will also cover advice and support on all casework, including responding to tenants’ requests for information and complaints.
