Testimonials

I aim to support bereaved clients with care and compassion, while progressing matters quickly and efficiently so they can focus on grieving, not administration.

Zoё is a senior associate in our Macclesfield office and has specialised in estate planning and wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration since 2014. She has experience of acting for personal representatives appointed to a wide variety of estates including those which are taxable and those which are intestate (i.e the deceased left no will).

She seeks to meet the firm’s purpose of improving the lives of individuals by being approachable and offering a high level of care and understanding for her clients who will often be seeing her at a time of particular vulnerability (e.g. bereavement).

Her approach to dealing with her caseload efficiently while understanding the difficult time her clients are going through leads to positive client feedback such as:

“Mum and I wanted to say a big thank you for your work in administering probate. We have been so happy with your service and appreciate your patience with us in replying to queries.” Client testimonial, March 2024.

Zoё has recently attained the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates (England and Wales) and the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Trusts (England and Wales).
