Specialising in construction and engineering transactions, William supports public sector clients in assessing risk and the key strategic challenges in procuring and undertaking works. With experience spanning a wide range of clients, including housing associations, NHS Trusts, education institutions and local authorities, he assists clients with project documentation and advice, tailored to specific commercial and risk objectives, ensuring projects are set up properly from the start.
As an experienced legal adviser on complex construction and infrastructure projects, William is well placed to support the delivery of major refurbishment and redevelopment schemes, helping clients navigate contractual complexity whilst protecting long-term project outcomes.
His recent experience includes supporting a £110 million transformation of a 300-year-old building in the higher education sector, advising a police force on extensive station renovations, and drafting a framework agreement for EV-charging infrastructure and associated works.
