Associate in the Projects team

Tom is an associate in the construction team, advising public sector clients, not-for-profits and housing associations on projects, disputes and funding matters. He also supports clients in navigating the public procurement and subsidy control regimes.
Tom has worked on major projects and disputes across a range of sectors. In transport and transport infrastructure, he frequently supports clients with high-value capital and revenue contracts, including highways term maintenance contracts, contracts for the construction of new highways and highway structures, and station upgrade projects. He also provides technical support for disputes involving the NEC form of contract.
In housing development and development finance, his experience includes advising on the funding, development and acquisition of new housing schemes, including higher-risk buildings and affordable housing projects.
In the energy sector, Tom supports clients on renewable energy, heat network and waste-to-product projects, from project inception and procurement through to delivery and operation. He also works on public realm and regeneration projects, including town centre regeneration, public realm improvements and mixed-use development projects.
In education, Tom advises schools and academies on construction and development matters. Tom is committed to helping clients successfully deliver projects whilst managing risk and achieving value.
