With more than 26 years’ experience in housing management and housing litigation, Suzanne Gregson is a recognised leader in the sector, providing strategic, commercially focused advice to clients across the North and North West.
Suzanne has built an outstanding reputation for handling complex and high-profile contentious matters. She has held senior leadership positions, including Partner and Head of Housing Litigation, at both international and regional law firms, bringing a wealth of expertise and insight to every client relationship. Known for her pragmatic approach, Suzanne delivers clear, effective solutions that help clients manage risk, resolve disputes and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Her experience includes leading a number of significant and high-profile cases, including a matter that progressed to the Court of Appeal. Suzanne was also the first solicitor in Lancashire to receive a Police Commendation in recognition of her work tackling anti-social behaviour (ASB) and helping to improve communities across the Preston area.
As Partner and Head of the Housing Litigation and Management team in Manchester, Suzanne plays a pivotal role in the growth and development of the firm's housing practice. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, developing talent and enhancing the firm's ability to deliver a comprehensive range of housing services. Through strong leadership, deep sector knowledge and a client-first approach, Suzanne continues to drive excellence for both clients and colleagues alike.
