Siân Brown

Siân is a senior associate in our governance, funding and corporate team advising private, public and third-sector organisations on a broad range of commercial matters, including drafting and review of commercial contracts. Siân also undertakes legal due diligence on corporate transactions.

With experience as senior legal counsel for two national social care providers, Siân has an in-depth, first-hand understanding of the diverse legal issues and operational challenges affecting the social care sector. Prior to this, she held in-house roles within local government and the insurance industry.

Having worked client-side for 20 years, Siân brings a practical, solutions-based approach. She provides strategic legal advice which aligns closely with an organisation’s goals and values, underpinned by strong commercial insight, and an ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
