Sarah Owen

Sarah is a senior associate in the personal injury and clinical negligence team. She exclusively represents individuals pursuing compensation claims following medical negligence or an accident. She is passionate about helping those who have suffered an accident, or an injury, receive access to justice.

Having worked at the firm for a number of years, Sarah has gained expertise in relation to a wide variety of matters including spinal injuries, brain injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancer and claims arising from fatalities. She has successfully assisted many clients in navigating the legal process with care and empathy and seeks to achieve the best outcome for her clients.

During her time with the firm, Sarah has worked alongside David Evison to develop a sub-specialism in pursuing claims against local councils and public authorities where they have failed an individual.
