Ruth Thoms

Ruth advises a broad range of organisations across the private and public sectors on all aspects of real estate, including charities, religious organisations, community organisations, SME developers and corporate clients.

Her practice covers the full spectrum of real estate work, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending (acting for both funders and borrowers), development and site acquisition work, and ongoing portfolio management, including lease renewals, lease surrenders, licences for alterations, assignments and underletting. She also provides real estate support on corporate transactions where property forms part of a wider business acquisition or disposal.

She supports clients across the industrial, retail, office, mixed use and healthcare sectors, helping them to manage, protect and optimise their property interests in line with their commercial and strategic objectives.
