Rumandeep is an associate in our projects department, specialising in commercial and contract matters. She works closely with clients in the third sector, such as local authorities, housing providers and education providers as well as with a range of social businesses.

Rumandeep regularly drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide range of commercial agreements, including services agreements, concession contracts, partnership and collaboration arrangements, grant agreements, and other bespoke contracts. She helps her clients manage risk, navigate complex contractual frameworks, and enter into arrangements that support sustainable growth and impact.

Rumandeep translates complex legal issues into straightforward, actionable advice. She takes the time to understand each client’s mission and operational needs, ensuring that legal solutions are tailored, proportionate, and commercially effective.
