Rhys Baker

Rhys is a senior associate in the property litigation team with experience advising on a wide range of property disputes and estate management issues. These include lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidation claims, service charge disputes, rent arrears claims, insolvency issues, forfeiture, break clause disputes and breach of covenant claims.

He is an expert in adverse possession and prescriptive rights claims, nuisance and trespass claims and restrictive covenants.

Rhys has advised a variety of clients, including local authorities, registered providers and charities on all stages of the litigation process, including initial advice and issuing, defending and managing claims on behalf of clients.

Rhys is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
