Recognised for his wealth of knowledge in the health and social care field, Matthew is the senior partner at the firm. He is also part of the employment and pensions team.
An expert in exploring complex issues, Matthew is a prominent advisor on National Minimum Wage investigations. His breadth of experience also spans everything from employment tribunals to managing executive departures.
Matthew was instrumental in guiding health and social care clients to implement mandatory vaccination regulations for care workers as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. He also played an integral role in the Mencap sleep-in case for carers which progressed to the Supreme Court.
With a curious mind and a talent for thinking outside the box, Matthew is motivated to deliver the greatest impact for his clients, using his expertise to proactively solve problems that enable organisations to achieve their social purpose. Named in the Hot 100 list by the Lawyer for 2022, Matthew is ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.
