Partner and head of the firm’s private client team, Maria has over 17 years’ experience, particularly specialising in the practical aspects of the breakdown of a relationship and children issues. She has also enhanced my experience by becoming an accredited family mediator, helping parties to resolve family matters in an amicable and cost-effective manner.

Maria joined Anthony Collins Solicitors after university in 2001. She trained with the firm before qualifying into the family team in 2004. She specialises in matrimonial law and particularly practical aspects and the division of assets following separation. She also offers practical advice to parents who are seeking to resolve arrangements for their children.

Maria works alongside clients in trying to resolve matters in a quick efficient cost effective way whilst ensuring the best outcomes for them.

Maria is an accredited family mediator with the Family Mediation Council.
