Lucy Callow

Lucy is an associate in the banking and finance team, bringing over ten years’ experience working in-house at an international bank.

She primarily advises housing associations, social businesses and charities on funding and finance-related matters, including negotiating funding agreement (and amendments and restatements of the same), as well as the associated security arrangements relating to the same (including deeds of priority, deeds of subordination and inter-creditor agreements).

Drawing on her extensive background in UK financial services and the banking sector, Lucy provides clear, commercially focused advice – building strong client relationships and working collaboratively to help clients reach their goals.
