Senior Associate
Senior Associate in the Private client team

Lucy is a senior associate in the personal planning team at Anthony Collins. Her primary focus is on the administration of estates, including obtaining Grants of Probate (amongst other grants) on behalf of Personal Representatives and dealing with the overall administration. Lucy also has expertise in advising clients and their families with future planning and wealth management through the use of Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills, and the use of trusts.
With over 14 years of experience in dealing with the administration of estates, from simple estates to complex matters involving overseas assets, missing beneficiaries, businesses, and intestacies (where a person has died without a Will), Lucy is considered a safe pair of hands. She appreciates that for a lot of people, this will be the first time they have ever had to deal with anything of this nature and her compassionate but dedicated approach is key to supporting her clients during this difficult time in their lives.
Alongside this, Lucy also has extensive experience in helping a broad range of individuals plan for the future through the use of Wills and trusts. Her approach ensures that each client receives pragmatic advice tailored to their circumstances. This helps Lucy to deliver a holistic service to her clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives for their family’s future.
Lucy is also a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
