Laura is a leading adviser in the firm’s commercial property team, bringing over 10 years of experience with a particular specialism in the charity and faith sectors.

She advises on all aspects of commercial property, underpinned by a strong understanding of charity and faith charity work. This includes ecclesiastical matters -advising commissioners, diocesan boards of finance, parochial church councils and incumbents on property holdings including glebe, vicarages, churches and churchyards – as well as purchases, sales, site assembly and development across single and multiple use properties. Laura also acts for landlords and tenants on property holdings, whether granting new agreements or reviewing existing arrangements.

Laura is known for her calm, pragmatic approach to often complex and high-risk matters.
