Associate in the Private client team

Kelly works in the private client team, specialising in family and matrimonial law. She advises separating couples on the breakdown of their relationships, offering both traditional legal advice and mediation services as a trained mediator.
She helps clients navigate the legal separation process – whether through divorce, dissolution or judicial separation – advising on the division of assets and arrangements for children. Kelly also assists couples who are not married or in a civil partnership with property disputes and child arrangements.
In mediation, Kelly helps participants have practical, calm and impartial discussions to resolve matters in a way that meets the needs of everyone involved, including any children. Her focus is always on helping clients reach an amicable outcome and avoid lengthy court proceedings where possible – though where court proceedings are necessary, she supports clients through the process with the same care and commitment.
With over 16 years’ experience helping individuals navigate relationship breakdown, Kelly is dedicated to resolving issues quickly, calmly and as amicably as possible making a real difference to people at one of the most challenging times of their lives.
