As head of our funding team, Jon leans on his 25 years of experience as a social impact finance lawyer. Embodying the firm’s values, Jon’s approach ensures that purpose is at the core of client delivery.
Jon is nationally recognised for advising housing associations on all areas of funding and finance, including capital markets. His expertise includes advising on green and sustainability-linked loans, as well as traditional bank loans, complex funding structures, including off-balance sheet finance, funding of joint ventures, and supporting the delivery of housing and regeneration projects across the country.
Working with the public, private and third sectors, Jon’s ability to support housing associations, housing-related charities and local authorities is unrivalled within the industry. His expertise in affordable housing has never been more important as pressure mounts on housing providers from a regulatory and financing perspective.
Jon’s knowledge will support many sectors, including housing associations, local government, as well as not for profit organisations and health and social care organisations.
