Partner and head of the children’s team, Jas is a specialist in complex childcare proceedings. He has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since 2010, and has worked on a number of large, high-profile cases over the past 10 years.
Jas holds a wealth of knowledge and understanding of difficult childcare matters, including serious allegations of non-accidental injury to children, cases involving foreign jurisdictions, murder and radicalisation, as well as supporting parents with severe learning difficulties. Jas also represents parents and children when a local authority seeks to remove children into state care.
A tier one Legal 500 and Chambers and Partner Band 1-ranked lawyer, Jas provides first-class legal services and support to children, parents and guardians.
