Gemma Preston

Gemma joined the Matrimonial team in 2023 after qualifying as a Solicitor in October 2017. Gemma has a wealth of experience in family law, having experience in all areas of family law, including divorce, financial remedy, as well as domestic abuse and Children Act matters.

Gemma works alongside other members of the team to deliver cost-effective services that meet clients’ individual needs. She has experience representing clients in Children Act matters requiring Finding of Fact hearings and allegations of alienation.

She also has experience representing parties in Forced Marriage Protection Orders, including those being heard by the High Court.

Gemma is passionate about making the difficult process of separating as quick and efficient as possible whilst focusing on achieving the best outcome for her clients.
