Testimonials

I am using legal expertise and experience to make a positive difference for housing providers and the communities they serve.

Chelsea Wilson-Flynn is a newly qualified solicitor in the Housing Litigation and Management team at Anthony Collins. Prior to pursuing a legal career, Chelsea worked as a social worker in Canada, where she developed strong problem-solving skills, resilience, and the ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations.

After relocating to England in 2021, Chelsea obtained a First-Class Law degree from the University of Birmingham before joining Anthony Collins as a trainee solicitor. During her training contract, she gained experience across a range of practice areas, including corporate law, local government and planning law, private client, and housing litigation.

Chelsea now advises social housing providers and local authorities on a broad range of housing management and litigation matters. Her work includes advising on disrepair claims, possession proceedings, access issues, and anti-social behaviour matters. She is committed to delivering practical, client-focused advice and is continuing to develop her expertise in supporting clients with complex housing challenges.

Alongside her legal practice, Chelsea is passionate about community engagement and social impact. She served as Charities and CSR Officer and Director of the Birmingham Trainee Solicitors Society, where she helped lead fundraising initiatives in support of Birmingham & Solihull Women’s Aid. During her training contract at Anthony Collins, she also acted as a fundraising lead for the firm's trainee charity of the year, Birmingham Mind.

Chelsea is committed to using both her legal expertise and community-focused experience to make a positive difference for housing providers and the communities they serve.
