Charlotte represents parents, children and family members in cases involving local authority involvement and disputes over children’s living and contact arrangements. She provides consistent support throughout proceedings and regularly represents clients in Court at all levels, from magistrates to the High Court and is recognised across the region by the Judiciary as highly competent and empathetic.
With over 15 years’ experience in family law, Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and became an accredited member of the Law Society’s Children Panel in 2017, recognising her specialism in the field of family law.
Charlotte has extensive experience handling complex cases, including those involving parental alienation, international issues, and the abuse of adults and children, as well as cases involving non-accidental injury and fabricated illness.
She is passionate about supporting clients through challenging circumstances and ensuring they feel heard, supported and effectively represented.
