Beth Williams

Beth is a senior associate in our property team, specialising in affordable housing. She has over ten years’ experience advising registered providers and local authorities on a wide range of property matters, with a particular focus on the delivery of affordable housing and regeneration projects across the North West and beyond.

Beth advises on the acquisition of sites for affordable housing through land-led acquisition, package deals and development agreements. She also has significant experience acting for registered providers on section 106 and stock plot acquisitions, as well as ancillary development matters such as site assembly and funding agreements. Beth also advises on stock acquisitions and disposals, supported-living leases, and securitisation matters for registered providers.

Beth has a detailed understanding of affordable housing products and the commercial and regulatory pressures affecting the sector, allowing her to provide clear, pragmatic advice throughout a project. She supports clients to progress schemes efficiently, manage risk and meet funding and delivery requirements.
