Becky Tuckley

Becky is a senior associate in the childcare team, specialising in Public Law Children Act cases and based in Wolverhampton.

Becky has been qualified as a solicitor for over 20 years and commenced her professional career representing local authority’s in public law care proceedings before moving into private practice. She is a Member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and is regularly instructed by Cafcass to represent children in public law care proceedings and in private law proceedings when a Rule 16.4 Guardian is instructed.

Becky advises on complex care matters involving the death of a child, sexual abuse, injuries to children, radicalisation and cases involving foreign jurisdictions. Her motivation is to improve the outcomes for children that she works with.
