Since joining AC in 2019, Adriana has become an asset to our funding team. Originally from Slovakia, she trained and qualified in the UK in 2012 and uses her extensive experience and expertise to support housing associations, registered providers and charities through complex financial agreements; helping them to find funding solutions.
Adriana strives to provide clear, practical advice and fosters collaboration to achieve effective negotiations. She has also been recognised for her expertise in the Legal 500 and Chambers 2025 directories, named as a Lead Associate and an Associate to Watch respectively.
She advises on all aspects of finance, including social housing, property, and asset finance, specialising in project finance, property finance (both investment and development), restructurings, ESG and sustainability-linked finance, and green loans with a particular interest and specialism in the housing sector.
