Abbey specialises in corporate transactional work. She has six years of experience within the corporate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) space and regularly advises clients on the acquisition, and disposal of private companies, for asset and share transactions.

With a particular focus on the health and social care sector, her experience includes advising on the sale and acquisition of care homes, assisted living, and nurseries.
