When Silver Birch Care Limited (SBCHL) sought to expand its national footprint, finding a partner that mirrored its child-centred, therapeutic values was essential. The acquisition of Norfolk-based Clover Childcare Services Limited (CCSL) met this challenge perfectly. The Challenge

Therapeutic care for children who have experienced profound trauma, neglect, and abuse is highly sensitive and heavily regulated. Since 2007, Clover Childcare Services has built an exceptional UK reputation as a rare DDPI Worldwide Certified Organisation, using the attachment focused PACE attitude. When its founders prepared for retirement and restructuring, the core challenge was ensuring a transition of ownership that would not disrupt the stable, trust based environment these vulnerable children rely on.
