I am a solicitor in the Governance and Commercial department. I provide commercial advice to clients across different sectors including local government, charities and housing.

My experience

I am a dual-qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and England and Wales.  My recent experience includes advising universities in commercial, research and development contracts and intellectual property matters, advising local authorities in a wide range of commercial matters and advising private companies in company secretarial matters.

The Lifeline Project was a well-regarded charity. Failure to carry out the targets within the contracts led the charity into insolvency and resulted in a personal, 7-year disqualification order.
