Specialist in social housing sector property work.
I am a commercial property lawyer with expertise in the social housing sector. I work alongside Registered Providers of social housing (RPs) and offer expertise to help deliver their asset management objectives. I also lead the Right to Buy team.
I advise RPs on a range of property matters and have a good understanding of the challenging environment in which they operate. I typically act for clients on large and small scale tenanted stock transfers, land acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and other general areas of commercial property work.
