My role

I am responsible for maintaining and improving our standards, using the Lexcel Quality Mark and regulatory framework defined by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as starting points.

My experience

I was Director of Client Protection at the SRA until June 2009. Before joining Anthony Collins Solicitors in 2013, I worked with consultancies delivering coaching, leadership, and training and development workshops for middle and senior managers. As a behavioural coach I’ve worked with a broad range of professional clients and coached clergy in the diocese of Birmingham between 2010 and 2016.

My specialisms

  • Applying regulatory and quality standards to legal practice
  • Embedding compliant and risk aware behaviours
  • Leadership development and behavioural coaching
