Solicitor in the corporate litigation team
I am a solicitor in the corporate litigation department. I provide advice to public sector, private sector and not-for-profit clients on the management of and risks involved in pursuing or defending disputes.
I started work at Anthony Collins Solicitors as a trainee solicitor and during my time have gained a broad range of experience across the whole firm and qualified as a solicitor. I now focus on commercial and commercial property disputes, advising clients on all steps of the litigation process and manage claims on their behalf. I also provide advice to clients on the management of their reputation.
Over the past two years, we have seen an increasing number of GDPR claims being made alleging that an individual’s data protection rights have been breached.
Parties to court proceedings are encouraged to engage in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and a recent case shows that if you fail to do so, there may be costs consequences.
