Nawal Badar

Nawal is a legal assistant at Anthony Collins (AC). Since joining AC she has worked on pre-issued and issued disrepair matters where she sends letters of responses to the tenant’s solicitors, instructs expert surveyors, and prepares disclosures and liability schedules. Nawal also works on Anti-Social Behaviour Injunction Applications as well as Possession Proceedings. Her role involves assisting the fee earner on the initial stages of issuing the matter.

Prior to joining AC, she worked in-house at a national house-building company within the dispute resolution and commercial operations teams. This experience provided Nawal with valuable insight into the client’s perspective. By being on the client’s side of matters and instructing panel law firms to represent them on contentious and non-contentious matters, Nawal understands the client’s needs.

Nawal’s experience working on both disrepair and litigious matters has allowed her to work to strict deadlines, ensuring a consistent level of accuracy and attention to detail is maintained in her work.
