As a housing management solicitor, my role includes advising on issues such service charge related matters, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and contractual obligations.

My experience

Having previously worked as a residential conveyancing solicitor, my experience includes drafting and reviewing sale/purchase contracts and transfer deeds, reviewing property titles, search reports, mortgage offers, along with raising enquiries. I specialised in various types of property transactions from new-build plots to standard freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, as well as transfers of equity.
