I am a senior associate acting for local authorities in all aspects of their properties, including development and large-scale regeneration schemes. I have particular expertise in the property aspects of joint ventures and collaboration agreements.
I have over 10 years of commercial property experience and have dealt with all aspects of commercial property, including advising on the regeneration of town centres, redevelopment of shopping centres, mixed-use developments and the sale and acquisition of commercial property. I have extensive knowledge and experience in acting for local governments involving several disciplines including real estate, planning procurement, state aid and the need for best consideration.
