Solicitor in the employment and pensions team

My role

I am a solicitor in the employment and pensions team and advise on all aspects of employment law. I joined Anthony Collins Solicitors in 2022 having practiced in a national law firm and a boutique employment law practice. I support a range of organisations as well as individuals.

My experience

I have experience in advising on a variety of employment law issues. My experience ranges from bringing employment tribunal claims on behalf of individuals to defending tribunal claims brought against national institutions, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims and whistleblowing detriment claims.

I have experience in advising on general day-to-day HR/employment law matters for a range of organisations, including advice on grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies, absence management and other internal procedures.

I am also experienced in drafting various policies, procedures, contracts and settlement agreements for organisations.

I have a particular interest in defending employment tribunal claims.
