Jane Trevithick
PartnerMember of the property team.
I am a partner in our housing team and I lead on large or complex projects for our registered provider and local government clients involving property development and asset management. I also lead our joint ventures group alongside corporate and governance partner Victoria Jardine, providing specialist expertise on partnering and joint ventures. I am involved in the development of new property funding models and asset re-structuring working closely with housing partner Jonathan Cox.
I am a commercial property lawyer with extensive experience in all types of commercial property work. I worked for two of the UK Top 50 law firms before joining Anthony Collins Solicitors to take up a role as head of property. I have specialised in development and regeneration for many years, acting for regional development agencies, local authorities, housing associations, developers and funders on housing and commercial development projects including urban and out of town schemes. I have worked on the vanguard of new property funding models including a number of ‘firsts’ for the housing sector.
