As a member of our Governance and Commercial team, I support our clients in achieving their strategic objectives and delivering major projects such as group structures, business growth, joint ventures and collaborations with other organisations. I also deliver commercial, corporate and governance advice to housing associations, social care providers and commercial clients.
I joined Anthony Collins Solicitors in 2018 after being an in-house lawyer in one of the Midlands' largest housing and care providers. In my previous role, I headed the central services legal team, acted as an Assistant Company Secretary and a registered Data Protection Officer. During my legal career, I have taken on roles in various legal areas including housing litigation, corporate governance, commercial contracts and information governance, including data protection.
