I am a solicitor in the employment team and advise on contentious and non-contentious matters.
My experience
My experience has been primarily focused on supporting clients to successfully defend employment tribunal proceedings, ranging from monetary complaints to complex unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination claims. I have represented employers at the tribunal for preliminary hearings for case management and interlocutory applications, single day final hearings and judicial mediation.
