David Evison

Partner in the clinical negligence and personal injury team

My role

I act on behalf of people who have suffered harm, as a result of negligence or abuse, by those who owe them a duty of care. I strive to achieve the best possible outcome for all of my clients, hoping to allow them access to justice and to achieve a more positive future.

My experience

I joined Anthony Collins Solicitors as a trainee solicitor, qualifying in to the clinical negligence and personal injury team in 2010. Since then, I have represented clients involved in a broad range of clinical negligence and personal injury cases.

My niche specialism has evolved over recent years, and now I represent individuals who have suffered abuse, either as a child or as a vulnerable adult, including numerous cases on behalf of older people.

My specialisms

  • Clinical negligence
  • Abuse claims
  • Personal injury
