My role

Leading the design, development and implementation of a strategic approach to talent management and resourcing for Anthony Collins Solicitors.

This includes:
- Development and implementation of an effective internal talent management strategy;
- Ensuring effective communication of the ACS People Proposition to the market, including the design and implementation phases of the EVP;
- Design and implementation of a compelling strategy for current and future resourcing needs;
- Ensuring the end to end candidate experience and recruitment and selection processes are positive, innovative and effective;
- Creation and implementation of organisational design improvements.

My experience

An experienced CIPD qualified talent management and resourcing specialist, with a demonstrated history of developing and implementing effective internal and external resourcing strategies and talent management strategies within the legal sector.
