Course outline – Running effective investigations, grievance and disciplinary hearings

This training will equip employees with the knowledge and expertise to conduct basic investigations and disciplinary meetings.

The course is practical and interactive, based around a case study (tailored to your organisation’s sector and policies). Delegates participate in mock interviews and a disciplinary hearing, learning the legalities of the process and relevant cases to assist them in making fair and reasonable decisions.  

This is relevant for all staff who participate in investigations and disciplinary matters. Previous experience of leading an investigation is not necessary, although an understanding of your organisation’s disciplinary policy and procedure is desirable.
