We were approached by a client who had become dissatisfied with his existing lawyer’s progress on his divorce, as well as the related financial and child issues.
Our client wanted to press on with the divorce and our proactive approach helped him to meet his objectives. Rather than wait for communication, we approached the solicitor acting for our client’s wife and responded to all communication immediately.
Divorce is a difficult time for all parties involved and extending the process unnecessarily can result in more stress and increased tension. The solicitor acting for our client’s wife is a sole practitioner, who was persistently hard to get hold of. However, our tenacity and dedication to our client meant that we were able to drive the case through to a successful conclusion.
Our client and his wife were able to deal with the longer-standing matters in their divorce case and settle all aspects without the need to attend court – something neither party wanted to do.
