On 18 May 2020, the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) wrote to all social housing residents in England (residents).

The team has recently completed the consolidation of Thirteen Group in the North East, the innovative £160m development joint venture between Trafford Housing Trust and L&Q in the North West, the first Welsh RSL capital markets bond issues (£250m for Pennaf Housing Group), and in the Midlands, whg's issues of £50m of its retained bonds and, on 27 July 2017, the formation of the Connexus Group between Shropshire Housing Group and Herefordshire Housing.
The private client team at Anthony Collins Solicitors provides a holistic private client service, which covers:
